Waterjet Cutting
|
The job shop at Indigen Armor operates 3 Flow 6012 Integrated Flying Bridge Water Jet Machines and specializes in precision cutting almost any material. Waterjet cutting is very low impact exerting less than 1 pound of force on the material and produces virtually no heat. It is a great process for reflective materials, thin material, thick material and those that would burn, melt or whose hardness may be altered by heat. We cut 100% of our armor with water, producing a product that has no heat affected zone. We accept all CAD files and offer in-house engineering and programming if needed. Flow waterjets require very little set up time so we can do any job from a custom sign to a full production run. We also offer hardness testing, private labeling, bar coding, painting and drop shipment. |
